摘 要:应用银染色技术检测30例宫颈正常鳞状上皮、90例宫颈不典型增生和120例宫颈鳞癌中细胞核内核仁组成区嗜银相关蛋白(AgNORs,)颗粒的平均数目和每个AgNoRs颗粒的平均最大直径.结果:不典型增生和鳞癌细胞中AgNORs颗粒的平均数目和最大直径均超过正常上皮,差异有显著性(P<001);各级不典型增生和原位癌两两比较,AgNoRs颗粒数目和最大直径无显著差异(P>005);原位癌,高、中、低分化癌两两比较,AgNORs颗粒数目无显著性差异(P>0.05)但其最大直径逐级增加.表明:每核AgNORs的颗粒数目对于宫颈鳞状上皮不典型增生和鳞癌的分级无诊断价值,但每个AgNORS颗粒的平均最大直径却可作为宫颈鳞癌分级的辅助指标.The amount of argyrophil proteins associated with the nucleolar organizer regions( AgNORs)was measured using silver staining techniques on 30 cases of normal cervicalepithelum,90 cases of untypical hyperplasia and 120 cases of squamous cell carcinomas.Itwas showed that the mean number and diameter of AgNORsnucleus in cases of hyperplasiaand carcinoma were more than in ones of normal epithelial cells(P< 0.01). No differenceof AgNORs number and diameter could be seen between each grade of untypical hyperplasiaand carcinoma in situ(P>0.05).Although there was no difference of mean numberAgNORsnucleus among high,middle and low differentiating carcinomas,the mean diameterof AgNORsnucleus increased with the incomplete nature of carcinoma differentiation(P< 0.0l).The results suggest that routine AgNORsnucleus counts have no diagnostic valuein grading of cervical squamo─epithelial hyperplasia and squamocellular carcinoma.However,the diameter of AgNORsnucleus can be taken for an assistant index of cervicalsquamocellular carcinoma grading.
