不同磨损载荷下类金刚石碳膜的抗摩擦磨损性能

摘  要:本文采用离子束增强沉积技术在GCr15钢基面上沉积类金刚石碳膜,并通过不同磨损载荷下的圆盘—圆销摩擦磨损实验研究证明:磨损载荷等于2N时,类金刚石膜的摩擦系数最小为0.05,当磨损载荷不大于20N时,类金刚石碳膜呈现有高抗磨损指数和低的磨损系数;由于类金刚石碳膜在GCr15钢基面具有分布良好的碳原子成分过渡区,文中认为,类金钢石膜还具有与基面高的结合强度和良好的抗冲击性能。DLC films were prepared on the substrate of GCr15 steel by ion beam deposition with the 200 ev CHn+ bombardment. The tribological experiments of DLC films have been performed under different wear loads by means of a ball-on-disk tribometer. The test resu lts show that DLC fikms have a minimum friction coefficient of 0.05 under a wear load of 2 N. It was proved that DLC films had an exce llent wear resistance.as wear loads increased from 5 N to 20 N, DLC films deposited on GCrl5 steel exhibited lower wear coefficient of (11. 401 ±1. b) ×10-6and higher anti wear number of 4. 942 ±0.06 than those of the self-friction of GCr15 steel. Since a mild distribution area of carbon concentration existed in DLC film/GCr15 steel interface, it was belie Jed that DLC films possessed high impact strength and good adhesion to steel substrate,which made a drastic reduction of wear of GCr15 steel with DLC films,
