无缝线固定的后房型人工晶体植入术治疗眼前段严重外伤(附52例报告)

摘　　要：对眼前段严重外伤 ,虹膜缺损、移位、不可逆散瞳及后囊破裂的患者施行非缝线固定的人工晶体植入术 ,同时对伴球内异物及青光眼者分期或同期手术。结果 :5 2眼均顺利植入后房型人工晶体 ,随访 2～ 5 7个月 ,术后视力 0 .1～ 1.2 ,>0 .5者 2 5例 (48.0 7% ) ,术后无严重并发症。认为严格掌握适应证 ,利用残余组织支撑人工晶体 ,无需缝线固定 。To study the method of treatment of severe anterior segment trauma and PC IOL implantation,anterior segment was reconstructed by non surture fixed artifical lens implantations for the patients who suffered from iridocotoboma, iridectopia, unreversible mydriasis and breaking of posterior capsule, and performed operation on the patients who got oculus foreign body or glaucoma at the same time or fufure time The results showed that posterior chamber artifical lens implantations were performed on 52 cases these patients didn't show severe complications during the operations and 2～57 months after the operations The corrected visual is 0 1～1 2 and 25 eyes are 0 5 or more than it (48 07%) These suggest that the artifical lens are supported by remaining tissues There is no need fixing by surture These measunes can be avoided the complications due to surtune fixed
