摘  要:蛤蚧提取液可使大鼠肝、肾胞浆铜锌超氧化物歧化酶、线粒体锰超氧化物歧化酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和细胞匀浆还原型谷胱甘肽含量显著增加,线粒体过氧化脂质水平及细胞匀浆过氧化氢酶活性显著下降;同时,尾部作用大于体部,随用药时间延长体部药效增加。fter the administration of the extracts of the Gekko to the aged femal rats, several indicates of freeradical metabolism in the liver and kidney tissues were observed. The result showed that in both the liver andkidney, the activitics of the cytosol coper and zine superoxide dismutase, the mitochondrial mangnnese super-oxide dismutase and the glutathione superoxdidase and the level of the reduced glutathione in the homogenates were raised significantly, but the activities of the catalase in the homgenates and the lipidperoxidesin the mitochondria were lowered significantly.
