摘　　要：高等教育质量是一个多维的、不断变化的概念。要了解教育质量的内涵和形成机制,就要研究高校教育活动的特点、高等教育目标及相关标准。无论教育质量涉及面有多广,高校教学活动是最直接的影响因素,学生则是教育质量的具体体现。Higher education quality is a dynamic and multidimensional concept.The understanding of connotation and mechanism of higher education involves the research on the characteristics,goals and related standards of higher education activities.No matter how many aspects higher education quality touches upon,the key element of it lies in teaching activities and the embodiment of it lies in performances of students themselves.
