梗阻性黄疸大鼠内皮素与胃黏膜血流的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨梗阻性黄疸大鼠血浆内皮素含量的变化及其与胃黏膜血流的关系。方法　将雄性Wistar大鼠 6 4只随机分为梗阻性黄疸组 (OJ组 ,n =32 )和对照组 (CO组 ,n =32 ) ,分别于胆总管结扎手术前及术后 5、10、15d进行内皮素和胃黏膜血流的检测 ,并在光镜下行胃黏膜形态学观察 (每组每 1时相点各取大鼠 8只 )。结果　OJ组大鼠在胆总管结扎术后第 5d开始 ,其血浆ET值为 4 7 81mg/L± 4 79mg/L ,较对照组 2 4 16mg/L± 3 0 1mg/L明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,胃黏膜血流则显著减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两者呈显著负相关。光镜下观察随ET水平的升高 ,胃黏膜损伤程度逐渐加重。结论　梗阻性黄疸时 ,血浆ET含量增高在胃黏膜损害中具有重要作用。由此提示 ,通过降低血浆ET水平 (如应用抗ET血清 ) ,在救治梗阻性黄疸时胃黏膜损害中具有一定作用 。Objective To discuss the relationship between the content changes of serum endothelin (ET) and gastric mucosa blood flow of rat. Methods 64 wistar rats were divided into OJ group and CO group of 32 rats per each. The ET and gastric mucosa blood flow were detected at pre ligation of bile duct and 5 d, 10 d, 15 d after operation. The sample of mucosa was detected under microscope. Results The ET value in OJ group after operation 5d was 47.81±4.79 mg/l that was higher than that in CO group 24.16±3.01 mg/l (P<0.05). The Blood flow in gastric mucosa was decreased with negative relationship. The damage degree of gastric mucosa was increased with the elevation of ET level under microscope. Conclusion The serum ET content increasing might play an important role in gastric mucosa injury when OJ happened. The decrease of ET level could be benefit for less injury of gastric mucosa.
