摘　　要：本文通过利用海藻酸钠 -聚赖氨酸 -海藻酸钠 (APA)制成的微囊包裹甲状旁腺细胞进行异种甲状旁腺细胞移植来证明微囊化包被组织细胞可发挥免疫隔离作用。其高度的生物相容性和良好的免疫隔离作用为解决治疗疾病中的免疫排斥反应和移植物来源短缺 。This paper had discussed the xenograft of parathyroid cell with microcapsule made with Algin-Polylysine-Algin (APA). It confirmed that the encapsulation of tissue or cells could develop an effective immunoisolation system. APA membrances had shown good qualities on protection, biocompatibility and semipermeability and made it possible to overcome the danger of immune rejection and problems of donor shortage in transplantation of xeno or allograft.
