摘　　要：笔者在文中首先对企业核心能力的内涵进行分析,然后利用层次分析法(AHP)、灰色聚类理论建立企业核心能力灰色聚类评价模型,该模型可以对具体企业的核心能力进行定量综合评价,从而找出差距,以便不断培育和增强企业核心能力.In this paper, the concept of the enterprise core competence is analyzed. Then, using analytic hierarchy process (APH) and grey clustering theory, the Grey Clustering Assessment Model of Enterprise Core Competence is established, which can be used to synthetically evaluate the core competence of enterprise, and therefore find it's disadvantage, so that it's enterprise core competence may be strengthened continuously.
