摘　　要：本文概要地介绍了知识经济时代企业中信息化与知识管理的特征 ,论述了两者之间的辩证关系。This text has introduced briefly the characteristics of informationization and information management within enterprises in the era of knowledge-driven economy.It has also discussed the didactical relationship between the two.
