CA19-9与CEA、β_2-MG联检在胃、直/结肠癌诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的 :比较血清 CA19- 9单项检测及其与 CEA、β2 - MG联检在胃、直 /结肠癌诊断中的价值。方法 :选择胃肠良恶性疾病患者 181例和正常对照组 6 0例 ,用 CL IA法测其血清 CA19- 9、CEA含量 ,RIA法测其血清β2 - MG含量。各项指标均以高于正常对照组 x+2 s为阳性。结果 :血清 CA19- 9、CEA、β2 - MG含量胃癌、直 /结肠癌组均明显高于胃肠良性疾病组及正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。阳性率 CA19- 9+β2 - MG、CA19- 9+CEA+β2 - MG与 CA19- 9单项检测比较胃癌组分别为 P>0 .0 5、P<0 .0 5 ,直 /结肠癌组分别为 P<0 .0 5、P<0 .0 1,其余各种比较均无统计意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清 CA19- 9、CEA、β2 - MG三项联检 ,可以明显提高胃、直 /结肠癌的实验室阳性检出率 ,在胃、直 /结肠癌诊断中具有较高的价值。Objective To compare the diagnositic value of simply detecting tumor marker CA19-9 and Combinely detecting CA19-9,CEA and β 2-MG in gastric cancer and recta/colon cancer.Methods Serum levels of CA19-9 and CEA(with CLIA)and β 2-MG(with RIA)were determined in 181 patients with gastroenteric benign or malignant disease and 66 healthy person as a control.The positive index was higher than control group of+2S.Results The levels of serum CA19-9,CEA and β 2-MG in gastric cancer group, and in recta / colon cancer group were higher than that in gastroenteric benign disease group or control group (P<0.01).Between CA19-9+β 2-MG and CA19-9,CA19-9+CEA+β 2-MG and CA19-9,the result to be compared of the positive rate were significantly difference in gastric cnacer(P>0.05, P<0.05),while the conclusions were different in recta/colon cancer group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Exceptly,there was no difference in positive rate among other combinely detecting groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum CA19-9+CEA+β 2-MG can offer a well diagnositic value with grastric cancer and recta / colon cancer,at same time,it can raise their positive rate obviously.
