摘　　要：SY-10电脑输液泵的工作原理是蠕动式泵体推进软管中的液体前进。本文以输液体为研究主体,建立数学模型。分析输液流量与工作软管、工作距离、曲轴转速、偏心距等相关参数的关系,得出流量精度函数式。据此,可定性和定量的说明软管管径、管壁的制造误差与主轴装配误差二个主要因素对工作精度的影响,并介绍根据该机控制方式而专门设置的分段数据处理校正法的应用。In this paper,the principle of the SY-10 model Computer ControlledInfusi on Pump(CIP)is introduced and how the wriggle-pump under the controla microcomputer drives forward the liquid in the flexible pipe.This paper givesthe mathematical model and the function equation dealing with the infusion-volumn,the parameter of the pipe,the working-distance and the eccentricityof the axis etc.From the results it is clear that two major factors affect theCIP working accuracy,that is the manufacture error of the flexible-pipe andthe accurace of the axis in assembing.In addition,the special way of datahand-ling according to the infusion rate range,improves the accuracy of CIPeffectively.
