住院康复期精神分裂症患者心理趋势与应对方式及社会支持的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复期精神分裂症患者心理趋势与应对方式、社会支持的相关性,为制定社会心理康复干预提供理论依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应对方式量表、社会支持量表对100例广州市脑科医院康复期住院精神分裂症患者进行测评,并与常模比较。结果:①SCL-90的9个因子得分研究组的躯体化(1.41±0.46)、强迫症状(1.73±0.48),人际关系(2.13±0.61)、抑郁(1.94±0.58)、焦虑(1.73±0.45)、敌对(2.03±0.59)、恐怖(1.51±0.41)、偏执(1.78±0.42)、精神病性(1.39±0.42)均较常模高,差异有显著性(u=2.04～9.17,P<0.05～0.01)。②研究组的SCL-90的9个因子分,与消极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.24～0.33,P<0.05～0.01),除精神病性因子外,其他因子与积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.24～-0.33,P<0.05～0.01)。与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.19～-0.33,P<0.05～0.01)。结论:康复期分裂症患者心理健康状况较差,应加强心理健康教育,强化应对知识和应对技能训练以及社交技巧训练,增加社会支持。AIM:To study the relationship of mental health status with coping style and social support in patients with schizophrenia in residential rehabilitation in order to provide academic foundation to constitute intervention for social psychological restoration.METHODS:Totally 100 patients with schizophrenia in residential rehabilitation from Brain Hospital of Guangzhou were assessed with symptom checklist 90(SCL 90),SCSQ and social support requirement scale(SSRS) and the results were compared with norm data in China. RESULTS:①Scores of 9 factors in SCL 90 were higher in schizophrenic patients as compared with the norm data, including somatization(1.41±0.46),compulsion(1.73±0.48),interpersonal relation(2.13±0.61),depression(1.94±0.58),anxiety(1.73±0.45),hostility(2.03±0.59),panic(1.51±0.41),paranoid(1.78±0.42),psychosis(1.39±0.42).There was significant difference(u=2.04-9.17, P< 0.05-0.01).②The correlation between the scores of 9 factors in SCL 90 and passive coping style was positive(r=0.24-0.33,P< 0.05-0.01).Besides the psychosis factor,the correlation between the scores of 9 factors in SCL 90 and active coping style was negative(r=-0.24 to -0.33,P< 0.05-0.01).And the correlation between the scores of 9 factors in SCL 90 and social support was negative. (r=-0.19 to -0.33,P< 0.05-0.01). CONCLUSION:The mental health status is relatively poor in rehabilitating schizophrenic patients.It is necessary to enforce mental health education, coping knowledge and skill training and provide more social support.
