摘  要:目的:了解书画疗法在精神分裂症患者精神功能康复过程中所起的作用。方法:将36例上海市长宁区精神卫生中心住院康复病房住院患者和门诊康复患者以自愿原则进行分组,对15例治疗组患者给予书画治疗,并与21例对照组患者比较,观察期为20周,分别于入组前、书画治疗4,8,12,16和20周末采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)进行评定。结果:两组患者治疗前PANSS总分、阳性症状分、阴性症状分及一般精神病理分、TESS总分比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗第12周末起,治疗组和对照组患者的阴性症状减分率、一般精神病理减分率和PANSS总分减分率均高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:书画治疗有利于促进精神分裂症患者的精神功能康复。AIM:To comprehend the effects of painting and drawing therapy in the rehabilitation of mental function in the schizophrenic patients.METHODS:A total of 36 inpatients and outpatients with schizophrenia hospitalized in inpatient rehabilitation units,Mental Health Center of Changning District in Shanghai were grouped voluntarily.Fifteen schizophrenic patients in treatment group were treated with painting and drawing therapy,and then compared with 21 schizophrenic patients in control group for 20 weeks.The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) was used for efficacy assessment and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) for side effects during treatment before and at the end of 4,8,12,16 and 20 weeks after painting and drawing therapy. RESULTS:The scores of pretreatment PANSS,PANSS P(positive scale),PANSS N(negative scale),PANSS G(general psychopathology scale) and total TESS were not significantly different between treatment and control groups(P >0.05).The decreasing ratios of PANSS N,PANSS G and total PANSS scores were significantly in the treatment group than in the control group at the end of 12 weeks of post treatment(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The painting and drawing therapy is helpful to rehabilitating the mental function of schizophrenic patients.
