电针百会和神庭穴对恢复期精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针百会、神庭穴对恢复期精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响及其机制。方法:将首都医科大学附属北京安定医院的51例恢复期精神分裂症住院患者分别进入电针组(n=25)和对照组(n=26),电针组进行电针百会、神庭穴的治疗,治疗4周后分析两组阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)、数字划销测验(DST)、韦氏记忆测验(WMS)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)的评分变化。结果:电针组与对照组间的PANSS评分、减分率无显著差异;电针组WMS记忆商增加值(16.00±13.62)显著高于对照组(-1.38±11.58),差异有显著性意义(t=4.918,P<0.01);DST净分增分(11.96±16.98)显著高于对照组(-2.56±11.41),差异有显著性意义(t=3.597,P<0.01);WCST持续性错误减分(11.76±19.61)显著高于对照组(0.73±16.77),差异有显著性意义(t=2.448,P<0.05)。结论:电针百会、神庭穴可以显著改善恢复期精神分裂症患者的认知功能;其作用机制可能是通过多方面相互作用实现的。AIM:To study the effect of electroacupuncture at baihui(DU20) and shenting(DU24) on cognitive function of patients with convalescent schizophrenia and its mechanism.METHODS:Totally 51 inpatients with schizophrenia in convalescent stage from Beijing Anding Hospital,Capital University of Medical Sciences were divided into electroacupuncture group(n=25) and control group(n=26). Electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at DU20 and DU24.Four weeks later, the indexes of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Digit Sign Test(DST),Weschler Memory Scale(WMS) and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST) were analysed.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in cent and cent reducing rate of PANSS between the electroacupuncture group and the control group.The increment of memory quotient in electroacupuncture group(16.00±13.62) was significantly higher than that in the control group(-1.38±11.58), and there was significant difference(t=4.918,P< 0.01).The increased net scale of DST in the electroacupuncture group(11.96±16.98) was significantly higher than that in the control group(-2.56±11.41),and there was significant difference(t=3.597,P< 0.05).The decrease of perseverative errors of WCST in the electroacupuncture group(11.76±19.61) was significantly higher than that in the control group(0.73±16.77) ,and there was significant difference(t=2.448,P< 0.05).CONCLUSION:Electroacupuncture at DU20 and DU24 can remarkably improve the cognitive function of patients with convalescent schizophrenia.
