心理治疗中治疗师与来访者非性双重关系的研究与进展

摘　　要：背景:近20年来国外的心理治疗学者对治疗师与来访者之间双重关系的研究颇多。根据目前可供利用的研究文献,治疗师对性的双重关系已达成共识,但是对非性双重关系伦理性的争论仍非常激烈。目的:文章研究旨在于回顾关于非性双重关系的特征、性质、对治疗双方及治疗效果的影响、治疗师的态度等方面的临床研究,帮助心理健康从业者在临床实践中正确评估、处理这些关系。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1990-01/2004-01相关文章,检索词“psychotherapy,non-sexualdualrelationships并限定文章语言种类为英文,同时检索心理康复相关杂志和书籍1995-01/2004-04相关文章,检索词“心理治疗;双重关系”,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择关于心理治疗中的非性双重关系及多重关系的文献,然后筛除一些具体的个案研究。资料提炼:共收集到28篇关于非性双重关系及多重关系的文献,其中4篇为专业人士对该关系的态度的调查研究,14篇为对其性质、危险性、动力学等方面的评估,6篇提供了如何处理非性双重关系的决策模式,4篇为专业协会的职业道德规范标准。资料综合:多数文献的研究表明非性双重关系违反了职业道德,对治疗双方都有潜在危害,应该绝对避免,而少数学者认为非性的双重关系在特定情境下对治疗效果?BACKGROUND:There has been a lot of foreign scholars' study on dual relationship between therapist and client in the past 20 years.According to the available literatures at present,the therapists have already reached common understanding to the sex dual relationship,but the ethics of non sex dual relationship is under dispute.OBJECTIVE:To review the clinical research about the characteristic of non sex dual relationship,its effect on both therapists and clients,and therapeutic efficacy,the attitude of therapist toward it so as to help mental health professional assess and deal with these relationships in clinical practice correctly.DATA SOURCES:The subject words “psychotherapy,non sexual dual relationships' were searched for in the related articles during January 1990 and January 2004 in Medline by using computer.The language was limited in English.Meanwhile,the subject words “psychotherapy,dual relationships' were also searched for in the journals or books in Chinese about psychological rehabilitation during January 1995 to April 2004.STUDY SELECTION:The literatures about non sexual dual relationship and multiple relationships were selected primarily,and then the some unqualified case studies were excluded.DATA EXTRACTION:There were 28 selected literatures related to non sexual dual relationship and multiple relationships,among which 4 were the investigation about the attitude of professionals toward these relationships,14 were the assessment on their nature,risk and mechanics,6 brought decision making models to non sexual dual relationship,and 4 were ethical principles of psychologists and code of conduct on it.DATA SYSTHESIS:Most of documents indicated the non sexual dual relationships violated the professional ethics code and had potential risks to both professionald and client,so such relationships should be avoided resolutely.However,the others thought that the non sexual dual relationships tended to enhance treatment outcomes under certain conditions.CONCLUSION:The non sexual dual relationship
