康复期曾有凶杀行为的精神病患者心理健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复期曾有凶杀行为的精神病患者心理健康状况,为精神病患者的治疗及回归社会提供依据。方法:选择119例北京市安康医院康复期住院精神病患者,其中57例为康复期曾有凶杀行为精神病患者(研究组),62例为康复期普通精神病患者(对照组),采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别对两组患者施测。结果:研究组的躯体化(4.26±3.33)、强迫(4.87±3.02)、人际敏感(3.96±2.29)、抑郁(6.39±4.13)、焦虑(3.78±2.35)、精神病性(3.57±2.79)均较对照组高,差异有显著性(t=2.09～6.19,P<0.05～0.01);精神分裂症凶杀患者各项因子分均高于其他精神病凶杀患者,差异有显著性(t=2.36～4.14,P<0.05～0.01);女性在躯体化,强迫,抑郁及焦虑上高于男性,差异有显著性(t=2.13～3.49,P<0.05～0.01)。结论:康复期凶杀精神病患者心理健康状况差,存在抑郁、焦虑、人际敏感等心理问题。AIM:To study the mental health status of patients with insanity who had homicide behavior during rehabilitation, so as to provide evidence for the treatment and their return back to society. METHODS:Totally 119 cases of insanity during rehabilitation hospitalized in the in Beijing Ankang Hospital were selected,including 57 cases had homicide behavior during rehabilitation(study group) and the 62 normal insanity patients(control group).Patients in both groups were evaluated with symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90). RESULTS:Patients in the study group had significantly higher scores in the scores of somatization(4.26±3.33), compulsion(4.87±3.02),interpersonal sensitivity (3.96±2.29),depression(6.39±4.13),anxiety (3.78±2.35) and psychosis(3.57±2.79) than those in the control group(t=2.09 to 6.19,P< 0.05 to 0.01).The factor scores were all markedly higher in the schizophrenic patients with homicide behavior than in other insanity patients with homicide behavior(t=2.36 to 4.14,P< 0.05 to 0.01).Scores of somatization, compulsion,depression and anxiety in female patients were significantly higher than those in male ones(t=2.13 to 3.49,P< 0.05 to 0.01). CONCLUSION:Patients with insanity,who had homicide behaviors during rehabilitation,have mental problems,such as depression, anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity.
