摘  要:目的:建立一种可用于听觉及认知功能实验的清醒小动物头颅固定法。方法:设计和制作了长方形的有机玻璃支架,并用4颗小螺丝钉将其固定于动物的顶骨上,再用502胶水坚固。结果:实验于2004-08/09在解放军第三军医大学生理教研室听觉实验室完成。用该固定方法成功的进行了听觉神经元单位放电、海马长时程增强等实验,效果满意。结论:该固定方法简便易行,稳定性好,可用于要求清醒无肌松固定的脑研究中,特别适用于清醒状态下的听觉认知功能研究。AIM:To establish a method of head fixation on awake animals for the experiment of auditory and cognitive function. METHODS:A rectangle acrylic pedestal was designed and made, and it was fixed to the parietal bone by four stainless steel screws,then 502 glue was applied to consolidate the pedestal. RESULTS:The experiment was completed in the Auditory Laboratory,Staff Room of Physiology,Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from August to September 2004.The tests of auditory neuron unit firing and hippocampus long-term potentiation were successfully conducted with this fixation. CONCLUSION:This simple method with good stability suits for brain research requested wakefulness and muscle nonrelaxation,especially for auditory and cognitive research under wakefulness.
