摘  要:目的 探讨动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠随着造模时间的推移“痰瘀”演变规律。方法 采用高脂饲料喂饲法复制大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,用生化法及免疫组化法,根据造模时间先后动态检测血脂、血液流变学、血糖、胰岛素及血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)凋亡指标的变化。结果 动脉粥样硬化大鼠由痰到瘀的变化,血脂、血液流变学、血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素敏感指数等指标均随病情加重而变化,细胞凋亡逐渐增加。结论 细胞凋亡增加是动脉粥样硬化大鼠由痰致瘀终至痰瘀互结的必然结果。Objective To explore the dynamic change of the phlegm-stais in the rat atherosclerotic model as the time going on. Methods Adopting high fat forage fed to develop the atherosclerotic model in rats, and the changes of blood lipid, hemorrheology, blood glucose, insulin and vascular smooth muscle cell index of apoptosis at various time points after modeling. Results Apoptosis gradually increased along with the change of model rats, syndrome from phlegm to stasis, the change of parameters, including blood lipid, hemorrheologic parameters, blood glucose, insulin and insulin sensitive indexes along with the aggravation of disease. Conclusion Increasing of apoptosis is the inescapable result from phlegm to stasis and at end leading to each other in atherosclerotic rat model.
