摘　　要：目的　分析浙江农村卫技人员的年龄、学历、职称、专业等基本素质 ,探讨其存在的主要问题。方法　随机调查浙江省农村基层卫技人员 ,采用Access建立数据库、SPSS10 0进行统计处理。结果　浙江乡镇卫生院卫技人员 40岁以下占 62 5 % ,乡村医生中 5 0岁以上者占一半以上。农村卫技人员中本科学历仅占 2 8% ,人专学历 2 8 8% ,中专学历占 43 4% ,其余为无正规学历者。职称结构中 ,主治及以上占11 8% ,医师占 2 9 6% ,医士 3 7 0 % ,其余为卫生员和无职称人员。专业结构中临床医学占 5 2 9% ,护理占2 0 %左右。结论　浙江省乡镇卫生院卫技人员年龄较轻 ,乡村医生年龄过大 ,其专业以临床医学为主 ,学历和职称过低 ,不能满足社会需求 ,应加强其培养与考核。Objective To analyze basic making of health workers in rural area of Zhejiang province, including age, education background, professional titles and specialty distribution, and to explore the major problems.Methods A random survey was carried out among rural health workers of Zhejiang province and the data was analyzed by Access and SPSS10 0.Results Workers under 40 years old in township hospitals accounted for 55%, while rural doctors above 50 years old accounted for over 50%. The educational background of rural health workers was 2 8%, 28 8% and 43 4% for undergraduate, junior college and technical secondary school respectively. Their professional title was 52 9% and 20% for clinic medicine and nurse specialty respectively.Conclusions The age of health workers in township hospitals is relatively younger while the rural doctors are old. The clinical medicine is their main specialty. The educational background and professional titles of health workers are too low to meet social demand, so training and examining should be enhanced.
