摘　　要：通过剖析砂洗织物微细结构与宏观特征的关系,说明砂洗的实质是通过损伤和破坏纤维的某一环节,引起内部结构的变化,获得多功能的独特效果.影响砂洗效果的因素主要是工艺路线、助剂及工艺条件等.The nature of sandwashing was explained from the relations between the microstructures and the macroscopic characters of the sanded textiles, as that the damages and destructions of certain segments of the fibers cause the changes of the inner structures which result in the various distinctive functions. The main factors in sandwashing are the technical routes, auxiliaries and technological conditions.
