抗炎Ⅰ号方对白内障术后治疗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　观察抗炎Ⅰ号方对白内障摘除加人工晶体植入术后并发症的临床疗效。方法　 80例接受白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的患者 ,随机分为口服抗炎Ⅰ号方治疗组 (4 0例 )和口服强的松片对照组 (4 0例 ) ,2组均用同样方法局部常规应用滴眼液。观察 2组术后并发症的发生情况。结果　治疗组术后畏光流泪、眼痛、球结膜充血、角膜水肿消退时间 ,房水闪辉阳性转阴时间均短于对照组 ,差别有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangyanyihao treating the complication after extracapsular extraction of cataract and implantation of intraocular lens. Methods 80 patients (80 eyes) in which extracapsular extraction of cataract and implantation of intraocular lens has been performed were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=40) were treated with Kangyanyihao. Patients in control group (n=40) were treated with prednisone. The eyes drops were applied in two group as such routine method. And complications after surgery were observed. Results The time of photophobia, tearing, pain, bulbar conjunctive congestion, corneal edema subsidence and aqueous flare relieving in treatment group after operation were shorter than those in control group. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion Kangyanyihao can prevent and treat the complication after extracapsular extraction of cataract and implantation of intraocular lens.
