摘  要:目的:研究氦氖激光照射对神经元的影响。方法:采用无血清培养的新生大鼠海马神经元和额前叶皮质神经元,观察氦氖激光照射对神经元生长发育的影响。结果:氦氖激光照射能促进体外培养神经元的神经突起生长,增加神经元胞体面积及直径,提高神经元存活率。用Nissle染色法分析证明,氦氖激光照射能明显增加神经元内氏体的含量。结论:氦氖激光照射对神经元生长发育有重要促进作用。AIM: To study the influence of He Ne laser irrigation on neurons. METHODS: The influence of He Ne laser irrigation on the growth and developmen t of neurons in hippocampus and cortex of frontal lobe neurons was observed in t he cell culture of serum free medium. RESULTS: The number of survival cells and the outgrowth of neuritis were incre ased by He Ne laser irrigation in cultured neurons .In the presence of He Ne l aser irrigation,the diameter and area of neurons as well as the number of Nissl e bodies in the cells were markedly increased with image analysis and Nissle sta ining. CONCLUSION: The He Ne laser irrigation plays an important role in the growth and development of neurons.
