凯西莱联合丹参注射液治疗慢性肝病肝纤维化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨凯西莱联合丹参注射液治疗慢性肝病肝纤维化的效果。方法　治疗组 78例采用凯西莱注射液2 0 0mg加入 10 %葡萄糖液 2 5 0ml,联合丹参注射液 3 0ml加入 10 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0ml中静脉滴注 ,对照组 78例单纯给予门冬酸钾镁 2 0ml加入 10 %葡萄糖液 5 0 0ml中静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,疗程 45d。结果　治疗组治疗 15、3 0、45d后 ,血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、血清胆红素 (SB)比对照组明显降低 (P均 <0 .0 1)。血清白蛋白 (Alb)比对照组明显升高 (P均 <0 .0 1)。血清透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽 (PⅢP)、层粘蛋白 (LN)、Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳ -C)在治疗 3 0、45d后也明显降低 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。结论　凯西莱联合丹参注射液治疗慢性肝病 ,可降低ALT、SB ,并对肝纤维化指标有明显的改善作用。Objective To explore the therap eu tic effect of Tiopronin injection combined with Danshen injection in the treatme nt of patients with liver fibrosis due to chronic hepatic disease. Methods In the therapeutic group (n=78), t he pa tients were given 200mg Tiopronin injection plus 250ml of 10% glucose saline com bined with 30ml Danshen Dizhuye pluse 250ml of 10% glucose saline, intravenou se injection; and in the control grup, the patients received 20ml potassium aspa rtate and magesium aspartate plus 500ml of 10% glucose saline, intravenous injec tion, one times per day, lasted for 45 days. Results 15, 30, and 45 days after treatment, s erum ALT, SB were statistically lower than those in the control group (all P <0.01). The Alb indexes increased significantly than those in the control group (all P<0.01). 30 and 45 days after treatment, the serum HA, PⅢP, LN and Ⅳ -C were al so decreased significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Tiopronin injection combined with D anshen injection in the treatment of chronic hepatic disease can decrease ALT an d SB levels and can improve the liver fibrosis indexes.
