摘　　要：目的探讨抑癌基因P27kipl蛋白、癌基因P185及肿瘤相关抗原SC3A联合标记在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP方法对66例子宫内膜癌中的P27、P185和SC3A进行检测。结果P27、P185及SC3A在66例子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为53%、833%及818%。阳性程度与细胞的异型性显著相关,P27蛋白表达与细胞异型性呈负相关。P185与SC3A与细胞的异型性呈正相关。结论同时检测P27、P185及SC3A对提高子宫内膜癌的检出率、判断预后有重要的指导意义。? Objective To investigate the expression and significance of P 27kipl ,P185 and tumor relative antigen SC3A in endometrial carcinoma.Methods 66 cases of endometrial carcinoma were examined with S P immunnohistochemistry. Results The positive expression of P27,P185 and SC3A in the 66 cases of endometrial carcinoma was 53%, 83 3% and 81 8%, respectively.These expression levels were significantly correlated with the cell's heterogeneity. P27 expression showed a negative correlation with the cell's heterogeneity,while P185 and SC3A positive correlation with it. Conclusion It is useful to examine P27, P185 and SC3A in order to improve the sensitivity and prognosis prediction of endometrial carcinoma.〔
