摘  要:利用携有抗白叶枯病显性基因Xa -7的DV85作原始抗源 ,先与台中本地 1号 (TN1 )杂交 ,育成携有Xa -7基因的中间衍生抗源TD ,再用TD作母本与明恢 6 3进行杂交 ,杂交后代中选择目标个体与明恢 6 3持续多代回交 ,经测交、筛选 ,相继育成携有Xa -7基因的高抗白叶枯病的恢复系抗恢 6 3、抗恢 98及D2 0 5等 ,分别与珍汕 97A、Ⅱ -32A等配组 ,先后育成了抗优 6 3、抗优 98(Ⅱ优 98)、Ⅱ优 2 0 5等高产、高抗白叶枯病的系列杂交稻新组合 ,并通过了省级审定 ,从而解决了我国杂交水稻不抗白叶枯病的难题。A group of restorer lines highly resistant to bacterial leaf blight (BLB) such as Kanghui 63, Kanghui 98 and D205 have been developed by way of testcrossing, selection and successive backcrossing, using TD, a BLB-resistant parent derived from the cross of DV85 (with a dominant BLB-resistant gene, Xa-7) and Taichung Native 1 (TN 1), as the female parent to cross and backcross to Minghui 63, a strong rice restorer line. A serial of new hybrid rice combinations including Kangyou 63, Kangyou 98 or Ⅱ You 98, and Ⅱ You 205 have also been developed by crossing these restorer lines with the existing CMS lines such as Zhenshan 97A and Ⅱ-32A. These newly developed hybrids have a high yielding ability as well as a strong BLB resistance and have been certified and released for commercial production, indicating that the difficult problem in breeding BLB-resistant hybrid rice has been solved in China.
