摘　　要：剖析了洛阳市高新技术产业化的现状 ,指出了加速洛阳市高新技术产业化进程的战略措施 :对传统产业的技术嫁接及水平提升、依托高新技术开发区寻求产业突破 ,完善其政策支持体系与服务体系。The status of the development of high technology industrialization in Luoyang is analyzed The strategy measures of accelerating the course of high technology industrialization in Luoyang are pointed our. They are: to remold traditional industry and make it improved in quality and technology, to seek new development dependent on the high technology industry garden area in Luoyang, to perfect policy and service system, to build more and more capital and loan system and control risk.
