试论网上学习型社区的建构

摘　　要：随着企业网络化环境的日趋成熟,建立基于网络的学习型社区不仅可以加速企业向学习型组织的迈进,同时也提升了组织学习的能力,成为个人知识向组织知识转化的平台.本文首先阐述了建立网上学习型社区的意义和基本理论,然后简要地介绍了网上学习型社区的两种基本类型,最后重点对如何成功构建学习型社区的要素进行了论述.As the network of the enterprise develops, establishing the Internet-based learning-type community not only fastens the enterprise's steps to the learning-type organization, but also raises the capability of the organizational learning, forming the platform of transform the individual knowledge to the organizational knowledge This paper discusses the significance and basic theory of constructing the learning-through-Internet community, then introduces briefly the two types of the learning-through-Internet community, and finally elaborates the important elements necessary for a successful construction of the learning-through-Internet community.
