治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎抗菌药物使用调查分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎抗菌药物应用情况。方法 :随机抽取 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月因急性水肿型胰腺炎住院的患者病例 70份 ,对其抗菌药物费用及相关费用、抗菌药物使用及疗程、医院感染、ADR等因素进行回顾性的调查分析。结果 :住院费∶总药费∶抗菌药费比值为 1∶0 63∶0 2 1,人均抗菌药费为 2 870 60元 ,疗程为 (16 53± 11 41)天 ,有效率为 97 14 %。结论OBJECTIVE:To study the usage of antibacterial drugs in the treatment of acute ed ematous pancreatitis.METHODS:70 randomly chosen inpatients with acute edematous pancreatitis during Jan to Dec in the year 2000 were retrospectively analyzed wi th respect to cost and correlative cost of antibacterial drugs,the usage and the course of treatment of antibacterial drugs,hospital infection and adverse reac t ions.RESULTS:The ratio among inpatient cost,total drug cost and antibacterial dr ug cost was 1∶0 63∶0 21.The average antibacterial drug cost of each person w as 2 870 60 yuan,the course of treatment was (16.53±11.41)days,the efficiency was 97.14%.CONCLUSION:The usage of antibacterial drugs for these inpatients with acute edematous pancreatitis is basically rational.
