摘　　要：技术高师毕业生就业面临严峻的挑战,提高技术高师本科毕业生的就业率,不仅事关高等职业师范教育生存,而且对我国职业教育事业的发展具有重要意义。本文对提高毕业生就业率的重要性、毕业生就业现状与面临的挑战进行了分析,从技术高师本身的角度,初步探讨了提高毕业生就业率的对策。The employment rate of Technical Teachers College (VTTC) graduates is facing big challenges .The improvement of the employment rate not only has important bearing on the existence of VTTC,but also has educational significance on the development of vocational education in China .This thesis mainly talks about current situation of the graduates employment and new challenges ahead of them ,and approaches to improve the employment rate from the angle of VTTC themselves.
