摘　　要：“三个代表”重要思想是新形势下全面加强党的建设工作的行动指南。加强高校党的建设,必须深刻领会和理解“三个代表”重要思想的科学内涵和精神实质,从高等教育工作的特点出发,不断加强党的政治、思想、组织和作风建设,按照“三个代表”的要求,努力完成高等教育所肩负的历史使命。The important thought of the 'Three Represents' is the guidance of action that strengthens the party building and does various work under the new situation. Strengthen the party building in institutions of higher learning, we must completely comprehend and understand the scientific intension and its spiritual essence, set out from the character of higher education work, and strengthen the building of party's politics?thought?organization and style as well, according to the need of 'Three Represents' to accomplish the historical mission of higher education.
