摘　　要：信息档案建设的中心问题是必须增强全民信用意识、中介组织运作,实现信用法治,提高信息技术水平。The focal question in building information files is to strengthen the credit consciousness for all the people,use of the mediated organizations,credit in law,the level of the information technology.
