摘 要:本文结合露天矿车辆生产安排计划的特点,全面分析了车辆安排问题约束条件,构建了基于整数规划的线路车次安排数学模型。利用线性规划对电铲进行初始布点,实现对模型的合理简化,加速模型的求解。考虑到电铲利用率很难达到1,为提高模型最优解的实际应用的可行性,增加了车辆调度的弹性,设置了电铲的最大利用率。为保证电铲有一定的利用率,设置了电铲最小利用率。计算表明本模型具有较好的实用性和通用性。In this paper, the thinking to solve the problem of optimal design is discussed by summing up the factors of vehicle arrangement plan of strip mine, analyzing the restriction conditions of the vehicle arrangement problem comprehensively, setting up the mathematical model base on integral programming, arranging the beginning setting of the excavator by using linear programming which simplifies the model reasonably and accelerating the solution of the model. In consideration of the utilization rate which can hardly near to 1, for the sake of promoting the practically applied possibility of the model's optimized solution and increasing the flexibility of vehicle arrangement, the maximum rate of utilization is established; While the minimum rate of utilization is set up given that the excavator must be guaranteed to have certain utilization due to the high expenses of the equipments. This model is of high quality of practicability and generalizing from the result of calculating.
