摘  要:本文介绍了花粉、水果及蔬菜中V_c的分析测定,V_c的分析方法常见的有2,6-二氯靛酚滴定法,2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法和荧光分光光度法,本文将前两种方法结合,采用2,6-二氯靛酚氧化V_c,生成去氢抗坏血酸,再与2,4-二硝基苯肼作用,生成红色的腙,溶于硫酸,在波长520~525nm处有最大吸收,与标准曲线比较,测定V_c含量,本法优点是分析误差小,检出下限低(0.5~0.8μg/ml),分析速度快,适应范围广。This paper introduces the quantitative method of ascorbic acid in pollen. fruits and vegetables. About the routine analytic methods of Vc, there are 2,4-dinitrophenylhydradine colorimetric analysis(DNP), 2,6-dichlorophenolin-dophenol (DCP) titration and fluorescence spectrophotometer.This paper has combined the DNP and DCP methods, using 2, 6-dinchlorophenolindophenol, the Vc be oxidized to dehydrogenated ascorbic acid, then it reacts with 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine to produce red 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone to be determined at 520 - 525nm The Vc content is obtained contrasting with standard curve.The advantages of this method are low deviation, relatively rapid and simple with a detection limit of 0.5-0.8μg / ml and suiting in many fields.
