摘  要:采用GC/MS及GC对痕量有机挥发性气体成分进行定性、定量分析是目前最有效、最广泛的一种分析手段。由于分析对象具有含量低、难捕集、易分解等特点,所以在应用这种方法时采样和进样技术,是分析能否成功的一个关键。本文报道的冷捕集不分流进样技术,是在Likens及K.R.Kim等人工作的基础上发展起来的,通过对云南烟草、咖啡、云南花茶、油菜花粉、桉叶、薄荷、青蒿、大蒜、生姜及桂皮等多种经济作物的香气和异味成分的分析研究,证明这种采样和进样方法,具有广泛的实用价值。In this paper, we introduce the sampling and inlet sample novel methods. A cryogenic trapping device, a improving MS-GC sampling apparatus was re- ported, and the splitless injection technique, together with cooling the initial section of capillary column in GC / MS analysis were used, so as to increase the sensitivity of mass spectrometer. We have employed a capillary conjunctor to control the flow of carrier gas when sample was concentrated and analysed, the influence of the capillary conjunctor to the column separation has been discussed. Ten kinds of sample (Yunnan tobacco, coffee, Flower tea, rape pollen, eucalyptus leaves, peppermint, garlic ginger and cassia bark) were analyzed by this technique. 18,41 and 42 components were identified in rape pollen, Flower tea and tobacco separately, the results are very satisfactory compared with conventional methods. This new technique are adoptable to a variety of GC / MS, GC and GC / IR.
