The Application of Kicking High Legs in Long-Distance Running in the Short-Term Improvement Training of Four-Hundred-Meter Hurdle Race

摘  要:采用实验法、观察法、分析法对徐礼承等 4名参加省等十和第十一届大运会 4 0 0 m栏的短期训练过程进行分析 ,探讨短期内提高成绩的有效途径。结果证明Analysis on the short\|term training course of four\|hundred\|meter hurdle players such as Xu Licheng who participating in the tenth and eleventh college students sports meet by the approaches of experimentation, observing and analysis, the author intend to seek an effective way to improve performance. It is proposed that kicking the high legs in the long\|distance running is an effective way in a short\|term training.
