关于开放住宅理论的思考

摘　　要：开放住宅理论源于二次大战后的欧洲,建立在对大量性住宅建设经验的总结基础之上,是一个正在发展的有关住宅设计和建设的理论,它涉及到住宅建设的各个方面。本文试图阐述开放住宅理论的基本思想,以期对我国目前大量性城镇住宅建设有所启示。Opening dwelling house theory originated inEurope after World WarⅡ. Based on the summarization ofthe experiences on massive construction of dwelling house, itis a developing theory concerned with design and construc-tion for dwelling house, and touches upon every respect ofhousing construction. This article tries to expound the essen-tial ideas of the theory and expects to give enlightenment fordomestic massive construction of dwelling house.
