摘　　要：目的:患者男,48岁。颈部反复出现浸润性深红色斑块拌毛细血管扩张二十年。组织病理检查:真皮中、下层血管周围较多中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。结合临床所见可符合面部肉芽肿诊断。Objective: A male case, 48 years old, with inftriation erythroma on his neck. The skin lesions showed the good response to sterioid topical medication. The lesions were soft, well circumscribed nodules ranging in size by severial centimeters. The histopathological found that the dense dermal accumulation of inflammatory cells, including neutrophilis, eosinophilis, monocytes and lymphocytes. The clinical picture and pathological finding conformed the diagnosis.
