摘　　要：法院受理与裁判案件必须要有管辖权 ,而法院享有一定的管辖权又必须要有一定的依据 ,这种依据即是管辖权基础。网络民事案件的管辖权基础表现出一系列与传统不同的新特点。因此 ,探讨如何合理确立网络民事案件的管辖基础是数字环境下保障法的实现的前提条件之一。Jurisdiction is necessary to courts in accepting and judging cases,and to own it,courts must have a certain basis-the jurisdiction basis. The jurisdiction basis of internet civil cases displays a series of new features which are different from the trasditional ones. Therefore,exploring how to legitimately establish the jurisdiction basis of internet civil cases is one of the prerequisite for ensuring the enforcement of laws in the digital circumstance.
