Study on the Expression of Metastasis-associated Genes in Gastric Caricinoma Based on the Pre-operative Staging with Endoscopic Ultrasonography

摘　　要：The 73 biospy specimens of gastric carcinoma lesion, of which the different infiltrative depth of gastric carcinoma identified by preoperative EUS had been carried out for the further analysis of the expression of metastasis-associated genes. The results showed that the positive rate of expression was respectively 53.4% for p53, 50.7% for c-erbB-2 and 38.4% for nm23-H1. Unlike nm23-H1, the expressions of p53 and c-erB-2 were related to the invasion and metastasis, that is, the deeper was the infiltrating depth of cancer tissues in gastric wall, the higher was the positive rate of expression, and they were significantly higher in cases with lymph node metastasis than those without metastasis (p<0.05).
