摘　　要：新世纪之初,高校德育工作的重点是学习、宣传、贯彻实施“以德治国”思想;明确德育在素质教育中的核心地位;在注重德、智、体、美诸育全面发展、发挥学生自我教育作用、提高教师素质等方面体现德育工作应有的说服力、感召力和渗透力,发挥高校德育在“以德治国”中的基础性作用。At the beginning of the 21st century i n China,moral education in colleges and universities focuses on studyin g and implementing the ideology ofRunning the Country by Virtue.This paper holds that moral educati on is the center of aptitude education.The educatio n of morality,intelligence,physic al culture and aesthetics must be developed com-prehensively.Moral education,carrying the convincing,inspiring and penetrating force,plays a basic role in imple-menting the policy ofRunning the Country by Virtue.
