摘　　要：本文分析了发货人的含义及其特点 ,论述了发货人在海上货物运输法律关系中所享有的权利和应承担的义务和责任 ,在此基础上 ,对今后我国《海商法》This paper, by analyzing the meaning and characteristics of the consignor, expounds the rights, obligations and liabilities of the consignor under the contract of carriage. On the basis of the above, some legal suggestions concerning the revision of the relevant articles in China Maritime Code are made at the end.
