摘　　要：基于对化工类专业教学改革的研究与实践 ,阐明了知识经济时代对人才培养规格的要求 ,指出创新人才的培养是高等教育的中心任务 。On the basis of research and practice teaching reforms of chemical specialty,the demands of personal training for the age of knowledge based economy was theoretically expounded in intellectual economic age.The authors point out that the cultivation of creative talent is the central task of higher education.In addition,the major characteristics of creative telent and,and the way how to cultivate creative talent are discussed.
