摘  要:对蔗渣膨化法制高得率浆进行了研究。试验结果表明,最佳膨化工艺为:预浸药液浓度40g/L,预浸时间4h,膨化压力16MPa,保温时间10min。膨化处理使纤维在胞间层分离,不仅破坏了纤维的原有结构,而且改变了蔗渣的化学组成。膨化法制浆耗用化学药品少,污染负荷比化学法制浆低。利用蔗渣膨化浆抄造的瓦楞纸。Explosion pulping of bagasse is being investigated. Results obtained show that the optimal conditions are as follows: alkali concentration 40g/L NaOH, soaking pressure 1.6MPa, and cooking time 10mins.Explosion is conducted at the cooking pressure. Explosion can separate the pulp into individual fibres, producing the high yield pulp. Explosion pulping consumes less chemicals and its pollution load will be lower than that from conventional chemical pulping. High strength corrugating medium is prepared with such explosion pulp and its properties are compared with those of conventional corrugating medium.
