摘  要:用透射电镜观察 NPTⅡ(新霉素磷酸转移酶ⅡNeomycin phosphotransferaseⅡ)在满江红鱼腥藻染色体glnA(谷氨酰氨合成酶基因)位点定点整合后藻细胞内颗粒体的变化.转基因后的满江红鱼腥藻细胞内的代谢发生了很大的变化,为了快速适应和自我调节这一变化,细胞内的储藏颗粒处在积聚与解积聚的动态转化过程中.通过了解储藏颗粒的结构变化,可为研究转基因藻细胞光合固氮及生理生化的变化提供物质结构方面的信息.We had observed the change of granles in transgenic cyanobacteria Anabaena azollae with transmision electron microscope. Cell of A. azollae were transformed by method of site-directed integration of NPT K into gin A of the cells.Metabolize changes of transgenic cell changes have taken plane. In order to adapt and Self-rogulate the change were reserve granles of internal cells were in the courses of transformation denasnic of concentration and or depolymerization. With understanding the change of reserve granles, evidence their functional variation in activities of photosynthesis and nitrogen-fixation of transgenic cyanobacteria was provided.
