摘　　要：本文报告6例罕见的按内脑膜瘤，分析其临床及附扫描的主要特点，认为鞍内肿瘤多为垂体瘤，脑膜瘤与垂体瘤的鉴别比较困难，应用高分辨呼扫描仪所行冠状位增强扫描对定性有一定帮助。脑膜瘤与垂体瘤的临床症状有重要的鉴别意义。This report analyzed the main characteristics in clinic and CT scan on 6 patients of intrasellar meningoma andbelieved that most intrasellar tumors were pituitary tarers. It was difficult to make differential diagnosis , which might be en hanced with high differential CT scan in coronary enhanced section . The clinical manifestations might have an important dif ferential significance .
