摘　　要：目的 :探讨bc 1 - 2及p5 3蛋白在Bowen病及Bowen样鳞癌中的表达及其意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学技术对 1 1例Bowen病及 3例Bowen样鳞癌bc1 - 2和 或p 5 3蛋白的表达进行了检测。结果 :1 1例Bowen病bc1 - 2蛋白阳性者 2例 ( 1 8% ) ,p 5 3蛋白阳性者 3例 ( 2 7% ) ;3例Bowen样鳞癌均见bc1 - 2蛋白表达。Bowen中bc1 - 2蛋白与p 5 3蛋白表达呈显著正相关 (r =0 .76 9,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :Bowen病中bc 1 - 2蛋白的表达与p 5 3基因突变有关 。Objective:To expression of bc1-2 and p53 protein in Bowen's disease and bowenoid squamous cell carcinoma and their significance.Methods:The bc1-2 and/or p53 protein was detected immunohistochemically in 11 cases of Bowen's disease and 3 cases of bowenoid squamous cell carcinoma.Results:2 of 11 Bowen's disease patients were bc1-2 protein positive (18%) and 3 of them were p53 protein positive (27%).3 cases of bewenoid squamous cell carcinoma were bc1-2 protein positive.The expression of bc1-2 protein was significantly positively correlated to that of p53 protein in Bowen's disease (r=0769,p<005).Conclusion:The expression of bc1-2 protein was correlated to the p53 gene mutation in Bowen's disease and took part role in the disease progression and transforming to bowenoid disease.
