胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的临床疗效 ,并与单用顺铂的疗效进行对比 ,以期发现恶性胸水局部治疗的较理想的方法。方法 :胸腔排液后 ,治疗组 -胞必佳联合顺铂组 ,胸腔内注射胞必佳 6 0 0 μg +地塞米松 1 0mg和顺铂 5 0mg ,1次 /2d ,二者交替使用 ;对照组 -单用顺铂组 ,给予顺铂 80mg +地塞米松 1 0mg ,每周一次。结果 :治疗组 2 4例 ,CR7例占2 9 2 % ,PR1 3例占 5 4 2 % ,总缓解率 83 3% ;对照组 1 5例 ,CR4例占 2 6 7% ,PR8例占 5 3 3% ,总缓解率 80 %。结论 :胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的疗效肯定 ,与单纯使用顺铂效果相近 ,但副作用小 ,见效快 ,可为临床选用。Objective:To observe the effect of N-CWS combined with cisplatin in treating malignant hydrothorax and compare with the effect of cisplatin so that to discuss the ideal local treatment for malignant hydrothorax.Methods:After evacuation of hydrothorax,the N-CWS(600ug) and DXM(10mg) and cisplatin (50mg) and DXM(10mg) were injected into thorax cavity twice a day.Cisplatin(80mg) and DXM(10mg) were injected into thorax cavity in control group every week.Results:In test group the curative remission was 29.2%,partial remission 54.2% and total remission rate 83.3%.In control group CR was 26.7%,PR 53.3% and total remission rate 80%.Conclusion:The curative effect of combined treatment could be certain and similar with control group but with less side effect and rapid effect.
