摘　　要：目的：应用综合治疗对闭合性周围神经损伤的康复疗效观察。方法：综合性康复治疗，包括运动疗法、作业疗法、物理疗法。结果：与未进行系统康复治疗的病人比较．致畸程度明显降低，统计学X^2检验，P<0．005，有非常显著意义，临床痊愈加基本痊愈率．下肢组91.67％，上肢组82.35％。下肢组康复优于上肢组。结论：早期综合康复治疗对闭合性周围神经损伤患者肢体畸形有很好预防作用。并且能促进损伤神经的早日康复。<Abstrast> Objective: To detemime the rehabilitation effect of appling comprehensive treatment to closed periphery nerveinjury.Methods:Comprehensive treatment includse Mobilization treatment, occupational therapy, physical therapy. Results:Compared with control group, comprehensive treatment group has markedly decreased in the extent of abnormity.Two groupcompared with each other, there is a statestic significance (P<0. 005). Clinical recover and basic cure rate of comprehen-sive treatment in lower extremity group was 91. 67% and in upper extremity group was 82. 35 %. conclusion: Early hensive rehabilitation can prevent the abnormity which result from closed periphery nerve injury and help to early recover.
