摘　　要：目的：本文对无视网膜脱离的黄斑裂孔，视网膜“干性”裂孔及高度近视视网膜广泛变性、行眼底激光治疗及视网膜脱离术后、裂孔封闭不牢，对其行手术后的补充光凝作用和光凝中的技术问题进行探讨。方法：对３１ 例黄斑孔、１０９ 例网膜裂孔和视网变性，２５ 例网膜脱离手术后裂孔封闭不牢，根据各种不同类型，网膜裂孔选择不同波长能量的５３２ 倍频激光进行封闭裂孔及拦坝作用。结果：３１ 例黄斑裂孔，２８ 例一次光凝封闭，占９０．３％ ，１０９ 例视网裂孔和变性一次治愈，２５ 例网膜脱离手术后裂孔封闭不牢者２０ 例，一次光凝治愈占８０％ 。结论：对无视网膜下积液的黄斑裂孔行激光治疗更为适宜和安全：对“干性”网膜的裂孔及高度近视网膜广泛变性者激光治疗可预防网膜脱离；网膜脱离术后裂孔封闭不牢激光治疗，对视网膜裂孔的封闭及预防视网膜脱离复发是不可缺少的。Objective:165 macular hole,retinal dry hole,high myopic degeneration and unsuccessful sealed retinal hole with surgery was treated with 532 Double frenquence fundus laser.The function and technique of laser treatment were evaluated.Method:31 macular hole,109 retinal dry hole and degeneration,25 retinal hole after surgery were sealed with laser.Result:With one time laser treatment,28 eyes(90.3%) macular hole,109 eye (100%) retinal hole and degeneration and 20 eye (80%) were sealed successfully.Conclusion:laser treatment for macular hole and dry retinal holes and high myopic degeneration without retinal detachment is safe and suitable option.It is necessary for unsuccessful sealed retinal hole with surgery.
