摘 要:本文应用鼠抗P^(53)单抗免疫组化技术,对50例结一直肠癌组织中P^(53)表达进行研究。结果表明在结一直肠癌组织中P^(53)表达阳性率为42%。在5例正常结肠组织中P^(53)表达均呈阴性,提示在直肠癌组织中P^(53)基因免疫活性增高而显示过度表达。P53染色均定注于癌细胞核内,其表达阳性率及阳性细胞核染色强度,在结一直肠癌不同组织学类型及分化程度中显示出一定差异,即分化程度越低、P^(53)表达阳性率越高,阳性细胞染色程度越强。P53 gene expression in tissues of colorectal cancer of 50 caseswas studied using monoclonal mouse anti-human P53 gene immuno-histochemical techniques. The results showed that positive rate of P53gene expression in tiSuSes of colorectal cancer waS 42%. P53 geneexpression in normal colonal tissues of 5 cases was nega tive. These Suggested that immunologic activation of P53 gene in ti ssues of colorectal cancer was increased and over expressive. P53 stain located in cell nuclei of ca ncer. Positive rate of P53 expression and strength of positive stain in cell nuclei were different in different histologic typies and differenciative degrees. The lower differenciative degree , the higher positive rate of P53 expression and the stronger stain degree of positive cell nuclei.
